Reference

In the town of Gersthofen, the "Römertor" residential quarter was built, featuring condominiums with a modern living concept in an excellent location. The extraordinary architecture is style-defining and marks the "gateway" to Gersthofen. Due to its proximity to the city of Augsburg and the excellent transport connections to the greater Munich area, the Römertor combines relaxed small-town living with the advantages and infrastructure of a metropolitan region.

The construction of the project was completed six months ahead of schedule. The project was completed in March 2021, and the handover of the residential and commercial units began shortly thereafter.

The official handover of the Johanniter Quarter also took place at the beginning of March 2021. Under the concept of “Assisted Living”, 82 apartments were built in the west wing of the Römertor on approximately 6,500 m². This part of the project was specially built according to the wishes of the Johanniter – barrier-free apartments, a day care center, an open lunch table and a social center as well as commercial units that complement the overall concept.
