The Minkuswiese residential project, consisting of 8 buildings with a total of 71 residential units, was constructed in three phases by 2020. The residential buildings are positioned with a sunny south and west orientation. The contemporary planning concept includes various apartment types and sizes. All units were planned to be barrier-free and feature spacious terraces or loggias. The slight hillside location allows for beautiful views of the Inn Valley and the Karwendel Mountains. In addition to its modern architecture, the project is characterized by its proximity to the old town, excellent infrastructure, and high recreational and residential quality.
