In the east of Munich, within walking distance of the Ostpark and the Perlach shopping arcade, the new construction project „LAO – Living am Ostpark“ was realized in 2015.

138 residential and commercial units with underground parking were built. The extraordinary architecture created a building with a high recognition value, which clearly stands out from conventional residential construction. Four building structures were realized, which are connected to each other up to the 2nd floor. From the 3rd floor upwards, sloping, green roofs dominate the picture, each facing a cardinal direction. This structure creates an attractive inner courtyard towards the center.

The Albert-Schweitzer-Strasse 76 location is characterized by an almost perfect infrastructure. The small LIFE shopping center with all shops for daily needs is directly adjacent and the Perlach shopping arcades (PEP) are only a few minutes' walk away. The Quiddestrasse underground station is almost directly in front of the front door and the highlight, the Ostpark with the Michaelibad, can be reached in a few minutes for sports and leisure.
