Kirschblüte

The „Kirschblüte“ project was built on an area of over 11,000 m² in Vienna’s 22nd district and has a usable area of over 24,700 m². The project comprises a three-part building ensemble with a diversified mix of condominiums, a 135 m² commercial space in the ground floor zone, and 230 underground parking spaces. In addition, a 600 m² kindergarten, excellent infrastructure and optimal connection to the public transport network complete the urban quarter.

At the groundbreaking ceremony for the new construction project „Kirschblüte“ on September 12, 2019, the first project renderings and the symbolically planted cherry tree gave an idea of the attractiveness of the versatile residential and service quarter built in a generous green environment in the prospering Donaustadt.

Less than two years after the official start of construction, new owners were found for all residential units – a total of 370 2- to 5-room apartments. This meant that ZIMA Vienna's first project was completely sold after only 700 days. The handover of the condominiums took place in October 2021.

Thomas Thaler, Site Manager of ZIMA Wien GmbH, reviews the successful project: "The sale of the last apartment impressively shows that we were able to bring a great overall package to the market with the "Kirschblüte" and all its qualities. The entire project phase was characterized by the passion, handshake quality and professionalism of everyone involved in the project - from the start of construction in September 2019 to the special topping-out ceremony in times of coronavirus in August 2020 and the timely handover of building section 1 to the investor.
