The DASGOETHE residential project comprises a total of 104 residential and commercial units in two buildings and its own underground car park. Two different housing concepts with versatile floor plan variations were realized.

In the building structure facing the street, predominantly compact floor plans and spacious top floor apartments were created with the STADT.WOHNEN concept. The units were assigned as rental apartments. With the LOFT.LEBEN housing concept, the rear building fulfilled a unique living quality for Munich in the style of the old industrial loft apartments. The careful renovation and reconstruction of the listed rear building created space for increasingly large and typically openly designed loft floor plans.

Among other things, the project is impressive due to its extremely central location in the middle of Munich, within walking distance of the main train station and Theresienwiese. The European Patent Office and the university hospitals are located in the immediate vicinity.
