ZIMA Wohn Baugesellschaft, based in Bolzano, is building a new residential complex with 20 apartments in a central location in Kastelruth. The residential complex is located in a very quiet location with east-south-west orientation and has an incredibly beautiful view of the Santner. You can divide the different apartment sizes individually. The Climate House "A" Nature guarantees you a very low energy consumption. The equipment meets a high standard. Construction began in autumn 2023 and is scheduled for completion in autumn 2025.

November 2025

September 2025
The final gardening and landscaping work on the outdoor areas of the Santnerblick residential complex was recently successfully completed. This means that all construction work is now complete. We are now looking forward to handing over the apartments to the new owners from calendar week 38 - a few weeks ahead of schedule.
June 2025
The perimeter fence (wooden fence) has been installed - the remaining garden fences and the gate at the access ramp will be installed shortly. The gardening work will be done in August. The basic cleaning has been completed in the apartments and the inspection with the customers is taking place, so that the remaining work in the apartments can then be completed.
May 2025
The work on the outdoor facilities, access ramp to the garages and paving work has been completed and minor final work is underway. The garden railings and the perimeter fence will be installed shortly. The sanitary facilities have been installed in the apartments, the electrical installations have been completed and the final coat of paint is currently being applied.
February 2025
The wooden facade cladding has been completed, the elevators have been installed and the installation of the roller shutters and external venetian blinds has begun. Outside, the natural stone walls of the gardens are being built and the raw ceiling of the access ramp to the garages. Inside, the laying of the wooden floors has begun, and the fine installation of the electrical installations is in progress.
January 2025
The laying of the tiles inside has been completed and the installation of the last window element in House A will be completed this week. The installation of the wooden facade cladding is well advanced and the installation of the two elevator systems is in progress. Furthermore, work has begun in the outdoor areas.
December 2024
The work is progressing according to plan. The balcony railings are being installed and the windows of houses C and B have been installed. Those of building A will come in January 2025. Inside, the laying of the tiles has progressed and the electrical work is underway. In the new year, work on the outdoor areas will begin (ramp and garden walls).
October 2024
The construction work is progressing well. The balcony railings have been installed on House C and the scaffolding has already been removed. Inside, the laying of the tiles has begun. The photovoltaic system on the roofs of houses B and A has also already been installed.
September 2024
The carpentry work on all three buildings was completed in September and the installation of the sheet metal roofing could begin. The thermal insulation composite system was installed on the facades and the rough installations were continued in the interior, subfloors were installed and the interior plaster was applied.
August 2024
In August, the carpentry work on the first roof truss of House C was completed and the start of assembly of the second roof (House B)

The ceiling above the ground floor is currently being formworked and constructed in Kastelruth. The start of assembly of the first roof truss is planned for mid-July.

The construction work is progressing as planned and the concreting of the last part of the ceiling above the 2nd basement floor will take place in the course of the next week.

The excavation pit shoring is complete and the rough excavation is currently being completed. After the winter months, work on completing the excavation base will begin in spring, so that the construction work can then begin.

The wooden structure of the existing barn was dismantled and removed, and the lower reinforced concrete area was demolished. The rough excavation is currently being carried out and the excavation pit shoring is being carried out at the same time.
