It's official, the apartments will be handed over to the buyers at the end of July. The team is therefore working flat out on the facades. The landscape gardener has also already completed some work. The painter has finished his preliminary work in the interior. The parquet flooring will be installed shortly. Both heating systems have been put into operation.

The flat roof of House A is being concreted. The surrounding area has been filled in to a large extent – the structural work can begin. Preparations will soon begin to make Building B winter-proof.

At House B, the vapor barrier on the main roof has already been welded, and the shell construction of the electrical and sanitary installations has started on schedule.

While the excavation work in the House A construction area is well advanced and 930 m of geothermal probes have been drilled, the work on the reinforcement for the last ceiling can already be seen in the House B construction area.
August 2021
House A: The demolition work on the old printing house and the work on the construction pit are currently underway. House B: The excavation work has been completed. The next step is to carry out the geothermal probe drilling and, in parallel, the work on the sewage system.
