The theme of green is extremely important in the ATTEMSGARTEN. The property has always been green and is surrounded by greenery. Therefore, it was important that the project fits in well. The time-lapse video clearly shows what has happened on the construction site since preparations for the work on the Attemsgarten began in September 2020. Now it is complete and the Attemsgarten is ready to be occupied. We wish all current and future owners much joy in their new home.

The Attemsgarten in Vienna-Donaustadt was completed in December and handed over to the owners – we wish you much joy and happiness in your new home. Almost exactly two years before, the work in the Attemsgasse started – the video shows what has happened since then.

The new construction project Attemsgarten in Donaustadt is ready for handover after two years of construction and is already looking forward to welcoming its future residents.
September 2023
The outdoor facilities and private gardens are currently in progress and the final cleaning of staircase 1 and 2 has begun. The metalwork and facade work on staircase 3 is currently being completed.

In August, work began on the outdoor facilities and the accessible roof gardens for urban gardening are already taking shape. The PV systems on the high roofs have also been installed. The first apartments are already being cleaned – making them ready for handover at the end of the year.

The private balconies and terraces on staircases 1 and 2 are almost finished. The spacious open areas are already inviting you to sunbathe and relax. A lot has also happened in the basement: The district heating room is finished, the storage rooms are taking shape, the electricity meters are currently being installed and the garage is already being coated.

The scaffolding has been removed from staircase 2 of the new construction project Attemsgarten and the facade including the metal structures has been completed. The larch covering on the balconies is currently in progress.

In the first apartments, you can get an idea of what the completed residential bliss will look like: Walls are freshly painted, bathtubs/shower trays are being installed and the tilers (including the project manager) are doing their best. However, many manual tasks and working hours are still necessary until the finished apartments are handed over. Watch the latest construction update video now!
February 2023
In staircase 1, the underfloor heating is currently being installed. In staircase 2, the screed work has been completed and the painter is already starting to paint the first apartments. In staircase 3, the drywall, plumbing and electrical work inside the building are in full swing.
December 2022
A challenging year is coming to an end, but the result is impressive. The Attemsgarten project is fully on schedule: the building shell was completed in record time and the interior work is progressing very quickly. In 2023, we will again do our best to ensure that the apartments are handed over on schedule.

The construction site is currently a hive of activity. The electricians, plumbers, drywallers, screed layers and painters are currently working on the interior of the apartments. The windows in staircases 1 and 2 have already been completely installed, and work on the facade of staircase 2 is already in full swing.

The shell construction work on staircase 3 is currently on the 8th top floor. The roof should also be completed here by the end of October. The French windows are already being installed in staircases 1 and 2, and the interior work is proceeding as planned at full speed.

The last ceiling was concreted on staircase 2, marking another milestone. The view over the rooftops of Vienna is already impressive. The workers are currently braving the high temperatures and the interior work can start as planned.

The shell construction work is continuing rapidly according to plan. Currently, work is in full swing on the 4th top floor of staircase 1, on the 5th top floor of staircase 2 and on the 2nd top floor of staircase 3, with concrete being poured.

The shell construction work is progressing rapidly and the buildings are continuously growing in height. The concrete pumps and vibrators are running at full speed so that construction progress can be implemented at this pace.

The shell construction work in the basement is complete. Now, in spring, the apartments in the Attemsgarten can really grow in height. Large quantities of reinforcing steel are currently being installed to ensure that the residential buildings are stable even in the event of an earthquake.
