In the first apartments, you can get an idea of what the completed residential bliss will look like: Walls are freshly painted, bathtubs/shower trays are being installed and the tilers (including the project manager) are doing their best. In staircase 1, the underfloor heating is currently being installed. In staircase 2, the screed work has been completed and the painter is already starting to paint the first apartments. In staircase 3, the drywall, plumbing and electrical work inside the building are in full swing.

A challenging year is coming to an end, but the result is impressive. The Attemsgarten project is fully on schedule: the building shell was completed in record time and the interior work is progressing very quickly. In 2023, we will again do our best to ensure that the apartments are handed over on schedule.

The construction site is currently a hive of activity. The electricians, plumbers, drywallers, screed layers and painters are currently working on the interior of the apartments. The windows in staircases 1 and 2 have already been completely installed, and work on the facade of staircase 2 is already in full swing.

The shell construction work on staircase 3 is currently on the 8th top floor. The roof should also be completed here by the end of October. The French windows are already being installed in staircases 1 and 2, and the interior work is proceeding as planned at full speed.

The building shells of staircases 1 and 2 have been completed. The first windows are already being installed in staircase 2. The shell construction work on staircase 3 is on the 6th top floor. The construction work is proceeding according to plan and the progress is already impressive.

The last ceiling was concreted on staircase 2, marking another milestone. The view over the rooftops of Vienna is already impressive. The workers are currently braving the high temperatures and the interior work can start as planned.

The shell construction work is continuing rapidly according to plan. Currently, work is in full swing on the 4th top floor of staircase 1, on the 5th top floor of staircase 2 and on the 2nd top floor of staircase 3, with concrete being poured.

The shell construction work is progressing rapidly and the buildings are continuously growing in height. The concrete pumps and vibrators are running at full speed so that construction progress can be implemented at this pace.
