Wooden floors are currently being installed in the houses in Row A; in Row B, tile installation is underway; and in the outdoor areas, curbs are being set and paving work is being carried out.
May 2026
Work is currently being completed on the facades of the terraces, as well as the frost protection fill around the carports and entrance areas. Tile installation is beginning in the homes on Row A, while the drywall is being finished in the homes on Row B.
April 2026
Underfloor heating is currently being installed in the units in Building Section A. The subfloor will be poured starting in the middle of the week. Meanwhile, Dobler Holzbau is constructing the facade substructure. In Building Section B, the plumbing and electrical rough-in work is underway, and drywall installation is beginning with the closing of the walls.
March 2026
Currently, windows are being installed in the homes in Building Section A, and plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work, as well as drywall installation, are underway. In the townhouses in Section B, work has begun on erecting the wooden framework.
March 2026
Work is progressing rapidly at the ZIMA townhouse construction site in Schlins—the framing of the first houses in Building A is in full swing.
February 2026
Currently, the apartment partition walls are being concreted and the foundations for the covered terraces are being laid.
December 2025
The parapet walls are currently being formed and concreted.
October 2025
The groundbreaking ceremony on October 21 in Schlins marked the start of the new ZIMA residential project "Am Gießenbach." In the presence of Deputy Mayor Rene Felder, the future owners, and representatives of the ZIMA team, the start of construction was officially celebrated.

Yesterday, on October 16, 2025, construction of the terraced houses in Schlins began!

When does it go on sale?
Sales of the townhouses have already begun. Several homes have already been sold; inquiries about available units can be made directly through ZIMA.
What additional costs are involved in the purchase?
In addition to the purchase price, the usual incidental purchase costs apply. These include, in particular:
