Your tasks
- Handling of real estate projects (residential and commercial buildings) from planning to handover
- Project management with a focus on project execution including handling customer requests (buyers, tenants, building owners) and defect management
- Participation in construction and planning meetings
- Coordination of all internal and external partners
- Support of the construction site in all construction phases
- Ensuring that the project runs on schedule, to the required quality and within budget
- Support of the sales department in technical matters
- Construction engineering training (HTL, master craftsman, FH, TU)
- Experience in construction processes, project management and claim management
- Knowledge of project management and cooperation with planners and companies
- Negotiation skills, solution orientation and leadership skills
- High level of initiative, organizational skills and a structured way of working
- Communication and teamwork skills with assertiveness
- Strong communication skills and an analytical approach to managing construction meetings and coordination with internal and external parties
