Your tasks
- Result-oriented development/implementation of residential and commercial properties
- Independent acquisition and identification of new plots/projects/properties
- Preparation and presentation of feasibility studies and profitability calculations
- Conducting negotiations, clarifying legal and official issues
- Market, location, feasibility and property analyses, financing concepts, search for users and investors
- Participating in construction management with regard to costs, deadlines, and quality, with corresponding reporting
- Managing and executing transaction processes
Your strengths
- Team player with a high level of commitment and problem-solving skills
- Communicative and assertive personality
- Completed (real estate) business or construction engineering studies
- Relevant professional experience is desirable, ideally with a real estate developer, real estate investor or similar
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action, independent and careful working methods
