Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for construction projects throughout all planning phases in accordance with SIA standards
- From project planning through the bidding process to implementation
- Coordination and supervision of all designers, specialist engineers, and contractors involved in the construction project
- Ensuring that deadlines, costs, and quality targets are consistently met
- Central point of contact between the client, government agencies, specialist designers, and internal project team members
- Preparation and review of design documents, requests for proposals, and construction contracts
- Representing the client's interests throughout the entire project
What sets you apart
- You are a dedicated and responsible individual with an independent, organized, and solution-oriented approach to work
- You hold a degree in architecture from a university of applied sciences (FH) or the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) and have at least five years of experience in managing construction projects in Switzerland
- You are familiar with the relevant SIA standards, building codes, and permitting procedures, and are proficient in using CAD software (2D and 3D)
- You communicate effectively in German and know how to engage various stakeholders in a professional and targeted manner
- Diverse and architecturally challenging projects in German-speaking Switzerland with plenty of room for your ideas
