Cozy oasis – the Green Lounge

The Green Lounge on the ground floor will be set up as a meeting point. Selected plants inside and on the associated terrace ensure a high quality of stay. The Green Lounge can be used individually and is designed exclusively for the users of the building - here you can expect a free juice and coffee bar and everyone can heat up homemade or ordered food at lunchtime and eat in a pleasant atmosphere. The Green Lounge can also be used by tenants for seminars, celebrations or workshops - various models are planned for this.

Seminar or meeting room

As an alternative to the Green Lounge, a seminar or meeting room could also be located on the ground floor.
