In Castelrotto, construction work on the new Santnerblick project is progressing according to plan. As planned, the excavation was completed at the end of February and the construction company started work at the beginning of March. The foundation slab of the 2nd basement floor has been concreted and the exterior walls are currently being built in reinforced concrete. At the same time, the foundation slab of the 3rd basement floor is being constructed (concreting expected at the end of March 2024) and the exterior walls will then be built.
