The raw installations in all parts of the building have been completed. Over 100 km of pipes have been laid for the underfloor heating alone. Wooden parquet flooring and tiles are currently being laid in the apartments on staircases 1 and 2. Outside, color is now coming into play and the high-quality façade is already showing its best side. Railings, trellis structures, raised beds and the wooden decking are already being installed in the private open spaces.
